Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all online educational courses and digital content purchased through the Sumira Life Management Learning Management Platform (LMS).

1. Refund Eligibility Period

• No downloadable resources, workbook PDFs, or templates provided within the course have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Conditions Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable

We reserve the right to deny a refund request under the following circumstances, as they constitute excessive use of the intellectual property:

• The refund request is submitted after the [7-Day / 14-Day] eligibility period has expired.
• The student has completed more than the first chapter of the total course content.
• The student has accessed or downloaded the downloadable course materials.
• The course included scheduled one-on-one coaching, personalized counseling, or seminar access and that session has already been utilized or missed by the student.
• The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate explicitly noted as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

To submit a request for cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:

2. In the body of the email, please include:
o Your full name and the email address used for enrollment.
o The date of purchase and the course name.
o A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our service).

4. Processing and Review

All refund requests will be reviewed by the Sumira Life team. We will check your course progress and access records against the eligibility criteria in Section 1.

• If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional [10 to 15 business days] for the funds to reflect in your account, as this processing time is controlled by your bank or payment processor.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that fees related to the processing of the initial payment are non-refundable. Any separate purchases of physical products, non-refundable deposits for future services, or personalized consulting packages are outside the scope of this policy and are strictly non-refundable.
